Maxime de
La Morinerie

Maxime de La Morinerie has obtained a double degree both in law and in finance. Graduated from Paris II-Assas (Master 1 in English law) and from Paris I-Sorbonne (Master 2 in business law), Maxime also holds a Master of Science in Management from EM Lyon business school.

Maxime is mainly involved in litigation, in the areas of corporate, banking, financial, commercial law and in industrial risks. He has also experience in mediation.

Before cofounding Brunswick La Morinerie in 2019, Maxime was an associate at Clyde & Co, Jones Day and Brunswick.
